Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you can easily track its progress and stay up to date with your delivery. Here's how:
📧 Step 1: Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
🔍 Step 2: Track via Your Account
You can also track your order directly through your Beatie Lane Beauty account:
- Visit shopblbeauty.com and log in to your account
- Go to your Account Dashboard
- Click on "Order History"
- Select the relevant order and click "Track Order" to view live delivery updates
📱 Step 3: Track via the Courier Website
If you have your tracking number, you can also enter it directly on the courier's website for the most up-to-date delivery information. The courier details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
⏳ Estimated Delivery Times
As a reminder, our estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery (Nigeria): 3–10 business days
- International: 15–30 business days depending on destination
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
⚠️ My Order Hasn't Moved — What Should I Do?
If your tracking information hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, or if your order appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
📬 Haven't Received Your Order?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or building reception in case it was left with them
- Check any safe locations around your property
- Contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided
- If still unresolved, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue
