At Beatie Lane Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
📅 Returns Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. (excluding non-returnable items) After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- be unused and unopened
- be in its original packaging
- be in the same condition as received
- include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and product nature, the following categories are non-returnable:
- cosmetics (makeup, skincare, body care, haircare)
- hygiene and personal care products (hands, feet, nails)
- fragrances and perfumes
- cleaning products (including detergents and fabric deodorizers)
Additionally, we do not accept returns for:
- products with broken seals or damaged safety packaging
- items missing tags
- final sale items
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (excluding non-returnable items). Include your order number and photos.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
