Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from our fulfilment centre in Lagos, Nigeria. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Nigeria) We ship to all states within Nigeria. Estimated delivery times and rates are as follows:
- Lagos: 1–2 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at infoblb@joworldemporium.com.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
