We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Beatie Lane Beauty account and have your personal data removed, we're here to help you through the process.

⚠️ Before You Delete Your Account

Please be aware that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

  • All your personal details will be permanently removed from our system
  • Your full order history will no longer be accessible
  • Any saved addresses and payment preferences will be deleted
  • Any unused store credit, gift cards, or loyalty points will be forfeited
  • You will no longer receive marketing emails from us

If you simply want to stop receiving marketing emails, you may prefer to update your email preferences instead of deleting your account.

🗑️ How to Request Account Deletion

For security reasons, account deletion must be requested through our support team. We are unable to process deletions automatically at this time.

  1. Contact our support team using the email address associated with your account
  2. Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Provide your full name and the email address linked to your account
  4. Our team will verify your identity and confirm your request
  5. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

📧 Confirmation

Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. After this point, your data will no longer be held in our systems, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

🔄 Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind before your deletion request has been processed, simply contact us and we will cancel the request. Once the deletion has been completed, however, we are unable to restore your account or any associated data.
