Change Your Password

🔒 How to Change Your Password

If you are already logged in to your account and would like to change your password:

  1. Visit shopblbeauty.com and log in to your account
  2. Navigate to your Account Dashboard
  3. Click on "Account Details" or "Edit Profile"
  4. Locate the Password field and enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password by entering it a second time
  6. Click "Save" to apply the changes

Your new password will take effect immediately.

🔑 Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can reset it easily:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from us
  5. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password
  6. Log in with your new password

The password reset link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, simply repeat the process to request a new one.

📧 Didn't Receive the Reset Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your account
  • Wait a few minutes and check again — emails can occasionally be delayed
  • If you still haven't received it, contact our support team and we will assist you

🛡️ Tips for a Strong Password

  • Use at least 8 characters
  • Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Add numbers and special characters (e.g. !, @, #, $)
  • Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name or date of birth
  • Never share your password with anyone
  • Use a unique password that you don't use on other websites
